The Global Business Operations Team drives the implementation and adoption of relevant sales & service processes and tools related to the Salesforce Platform (CPQ, Pardot, Sales & Service). The team ensures that Awin’s sales and customer services staff are equipped with efficient tools and processes, enabling them to focus solely on sales and client service.
As Pardot Business Analyst you will be part of the project team involved in the implementation of Pardot at Awin. You will work closely with the Pardot Business Lead, responsible for mapping the processes to be automated, identifying optimization opportunities, and liaising with the technical teams by transforming business requirements into technical requirements. You will also be leading cross-functional groups to ensure that proper documentation and training are created and delivered.
You will be reporting to the Team Lead of Customer Experience & Insights within the Global Business Operations team.
