This role will focus on engaging, evaluating, recruiting and retaining top-tier talent for our technical roles, demanding a seasoned understanding of the tech sector and the capability to pinpoint and engage outstanding candidates. This role requires the ability to flex into the HR space, acting as the local HR Site lead and HR contact for all local employees.
This position is ideal for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR professional eager to contribute to and grow with our dynamic team.
Estimated compensation for this role is INR 20-30 Lakhs depending on experience, plus equity
