The Role:

Digible, Inc. is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing product team and lead our newly forming Agency Enablement Pod!

Over the years, we have built innovative internal tooling to scale this business and make our team smarter, more efficient, and more successful in delivering our services. These solutions range from Call Tracking to BBM (bid budget management built with machine learning), and our own in-house reporting solution – all rolling up into what we call our Agency Operating System or ‘AOS’. The vision of AOS is to have one platform where all agency services can be streamlined, automated, and productized – both internally for our service teams, and for external client-facing experiences. This is where you come in!

As a Senior Product Manager on the Agency Enablement Pod, you will be responsible for transforming the way our agency delivers services to our rapidly growing client base by setting new standards for how technology can drive industry-leading results, customer experience, and efficiency. This role will have extensive opportunities to create substantial business impact by automating and scaling key aspects of an established and rapidly growing business; by unlocking new growth through increasingly productized service offerings; and by leveraging in-house capabilities to incubate new solutions that can be brought to market.

As a whole, Digible’s product team is tasked with leading the company’s transformation into a more product-driven technology organization, working closely with engineering, design, operations, partnerships, and others across the business to develop world-class technology products that will reshape the apartment marketing industry.

You will have the opportunity to drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AOS while also helping to build the overall product organization and shape the foundation for our new product-driven approach. This role will report directly to the Head of Product.

What you’ll do:

• Drive the product strategy and vision for agency enablement experiences, with the goal of scaling the efficiency with which we deliver agency services while maximizing marketing results and client experience
• Along with leadership, help develop and build alignment around overall product strategy for new and existing product opportunities
• Conduct in-depth user + market research and think critically about how to solve our customers’ biggest pain points to identify new product opportunities and validate + refine ideas
• Define and shepherd the roadmap, prioritizing based on business impact, customer benefit, speed of learning, and more
• Leverage prototypes and other lean product discovery methods to rapidly learn, iterate, and validate before building in order to maximize the impact and success of our engineering efforts
• Oversee the full product life cycle while partnering closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, designers, operations, and agency teams across the business
• Support the transformation of the company into a product-led organization, helping to champion a strong product culture and to establish systems + best practices that lay the foundation for a world-class product practice
• Help your team by doing all the things you’d expect from a PM at a high level, such as driving planning and prioritization, defining and tracking key metrics, and collaborating on marketing, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans
• Become a subject matter expert in delivering world-class multi-family marketing and drive product innovation by staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technology advancements

How success will be measured:

• Accelerating efficiency with which our teams can deliver services to our rapidly growing client base (E.g. number of accounts that a single person can effectively manage)
• Unlocking customer growth and faster market penetration through enabling more scalable and increasingly self-serve experiences that address new customer segments we’re not serving today
• Improving customer retention and expansion (share of wallet + share of portfolio) through complementary client-facing experiences that drive adoption and increase the stickiness of Digible’s offerings
• Establishing new systems and best practices that fuel innovation, drive efficiency, and level up our ability to consistently deliver impactful and delightful product experiences

You should have:

5+ years of product management experience, managing software products from inception through launch and iteration (preferably in fast-growing SaaS environments)

Strong business acumen and proven abilities in driving product strategy, vision, discovery, and roadmap alignment

Comfort conducting rigorous analyses, developing insightful hypotheses, running experiments, and validating impact

Excellent leadership qualities, a data-driven/analytical bend, superb written and verbal communication skills, the ability to learn quickly, and a values-driven approach

• Salary Range: $140,000 – $180,000
