As Digital Construction Implementation Engineer, you’ll be responsible for helping construction organisations successfully adopt our tools on site. This will involve forming relationships with these customers and understanding their specific challenges, conducting training sessions, answering questions about the product, and working with them to identify ways they can get even more benefit from Shape.
You’ll setup our Digital Implementation function to scale. You’ll be particularly involved in gathering feedback from customers and helping the product team use those insights to improve our products.
Digital Implementation at Shape is part of the product team. This is because we know the vital part it has to play in our product development process by being an important piece of our feedback cycle. This means at Shape, you’ll be more likely to collaborate with a designer or engineer, than a sales consultant.
You have worked in the construction industry in a site office role. You have probably used tools such as Excel, Word or perhaps construction specific software to manage your day-to-day. You are a clear communicator and are comfortable working with both people working on the front line and senior management to understand what they need from a product. Other people probably come to you when they need help with using software.
