Job Description
MAVAN is seeking a highly skilled Paid Performance Marketing Contractor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of driving ROI through targeted and effective advertising strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
- Create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all paid media.
- Utilize A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve ad performance and conversion rates.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in paid performance marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
