Job Description: Donor Growth & Acquisition Specialist
Do you want to use your skills to support Greenpeace’s mission for a green and peaceful future? Greenpeace Canada is looking for an experienced, ambitious, and creative fundraising professional to join our team.
Supporters are at the heart of Greenpeace and how we fund our important work. As Donor Growth & Acquisition Specialist, you will take a leading role in bringing aboard new one-time and monthly donors to Greenpeace Canada.
- You’ll work with colleagues, freelancers, and agency partners to meet ambitious donor acquisition and revenue targets.
- You’ll identify and develop strong cases of support and fundraising appeals that demonstrate how people can contribute to a better future with Greenpeace and inspire them to give generously.
- Working collaboratively within campaign teams, you will help develop impactful campaigns with strong fundraising potential.
As the primary relationship holder for Greenpeace Canada’s telemarketing and face-to-face agency partners, you will know how to build trusting, stable partnerships, and motivate teams to deliver their best work. You will also be able to pay close attention to detail when working to build out email marketing campaigns, reviewing reports, and preparing budgets.
The position can be based anywhere in Canada and candidates must have working rights in Canada.
