Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days in the office (Shepherds Bush), 1 day from home & every Friday is non working day as standard.

As the Head of Sales & Travel Relations, you will have the opportunity to work on 2 incredible shows; our largest event L.E Miami and also our newest show SET. As someone with a passion for networking within the luxury travel industry, this role will offer you the chance to work as a consultative partner to both buyers & suppliers while defining your career & expertise as a key leader in your field. In this role you will oversee the delivery of the curated marketplace for both shows, leading invitation-only trade events for the high-end contemporary travel industry. You will define and own the strategy for building the events to ensure we have the best of the best travel suppliers and buyers in contemporary and entertainment travel attending, ensuring the shows are delivered to the highest standards and leading a team of expert Sales Managers to drive profitability.
As a charismatic and driven sales leader you will have demonstrable expertise in creating an environment of camaraderie and learning for your team while showcasing both leadership and strong salesmanship qualities. Highly organized, proactive and creative, the right person for this role will be a passionate entrepreneur full of good ideas, a high level of personal integrity and always with good intent.
5+ years of experience in the world of hospitality, luxury travel or B2B trade events.
Knowledge of the key players in the contemporary travel and entertainment industries is highly advantageous.
Proven success in leading sales teams in particular and exceeding revenue targets.
Full understanding of event sales cycles.
Understanding of Salesforce is preferred but not essential.
Pension, 4 day working week (no working on Friday). Hybrid working (3 days in the office per week), ongoing learning and development, social events and travel opportunities.
