As our Finance Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring robust financial management and reporting. Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll lead a team of three talented individuals – two Finance Assistants (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable) and a Management Accountant.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance function, with 2-3 years in a finance manager role, preferably within the events or luxury travel industry.
Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) – fully qualified.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a finance team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial software and systems (QuickBooks, AIQ, Pleo).
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
Willingness to travel and work flexible business hours as required.
Permanent, with a 4-day working week. Our hybrid model includes 3 days in the office (located in Shepherd’s Bush), 1 day working from home, and every Friday as a non-working day as standard.
