Although we are a remote company, we currently have an opportunity for an executive assistant to be based in San Jose, CA. The ideal person for the role is someone who is dependable, organized, and able to thrive through ambiguity. We face new and exciting challenges every day, so you must also be flexible, self-sufficient, and able to multitask and prioritize competing demands. We are seeking someone who will take pride and full ownership of their work in this important role.
The annual base salary range for this role is $46,000 -$61,000 USD. Actual salary will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. As a remote-first company, we take a geographically-neutral approach to compensation and set our US range based on job function and level, regardless of location. GoLinks’ total compensation package for full-time employees include equity, and extensive benefits and perks as listed below.
