Your territory

As part of our Communications team you will:

Create clear, concise, and user-focused copy for our mobile applications, advertising and marketplace listings
Take on all sorts of challenges and campaigns with our Marketing, Design, Communications & Sales Teams
Work on concepts and write copy for emails, landing pages, ads, TV spots and videos, and other promotional materials
Work, if needed, with product managers, product designers, and developers to ensure the user interface, concepts, and user experience are consistent and intuitive
Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all platforms
Create the English source text to be translated into up to 12 different languages and markets worldwide
Work with a global team of language dorks
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in copywriting, such as generative AI
Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better – you’ll never hear the phrase “…because that’s how we’ve always done things”
Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

5+ years of copywriting experience and a tight portfolio
Great English skills (duh!) and ideally able to “speak USA”
Able to use data and test results to improve
Experience in UI/UX writing
A solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles
Ability to actively contribute to strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution
