The Intermediary Support Manager role will provide leadership, management of our intermediary Sales Support Team and provide support to the Regional Business Development Managers across the UK. You will underpin the intermediary division of the bank which will offer banking and lending products for both retail and business banking.
They will be responsible for the administration, data analysis and oversight of new business processes across our Account Management teams and our distribution partners. They will ensure valid and certified panels are maintained and required data and analysis is produced in a timely and accurate format.
In addition, they will ensure that assurance activities are conducted in line with procedures and all other administration and support functions are undertaken as required.
This hire supports our Business Development teams and intermediary partners, ensuring quality and compliance throughout the new business application processes and product lifecycles.
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this role works alongside the Regional Business Development Managers, Mortgage Processing, Products, Marketing and Compliance Team Managers.
