Compensation: $85k base, $101k OTE

As the Sr. Product & Partner Marketing Manager you’ll partner closely with product and partnership teams to understand our customers, the market, our partner ecosystem, and competition to develop key strategies to position Feathr as a market leader, create product value propositions, drive customer success, and grow revenues.
This role operates at the intersection of product, partners, sales, marketing, and customer success. Ideal candidate is a compelling storyteller and creative thinker, customer and market obsessed, able to transform complex product needs and solutions into simple differentiated messages, while also having a passion for our community – customers, partners, team – and mission.
The Sr. Product & Partner Marketing Manager reports to the VP of Marketing, and will play a strategic role as Feathr continues to scale.
Product Marketing & Strategy — 70%
Partner Marketing – 30%
Your Experience & Qualities:
This position is Remote to candidates located in Eastern and Central time zones or with the option to work from our headquarters in Gainesville, FL. If you aren’t familiar, Gainesville is a hip, mid-sized city with a highly innovative population and an attainable standard of living.
As a part of our commitment to creating a fair, equitable, and positive interview experience for all candidates, we offer full transparency of our interview stages to give applicants an idea of the time and effort involved. Additionally, each interview stage consists of standardized questions and rubrics with a scoring system to ensure a consistent and fair assessment practice of all candidates.
Information Screen – The Talent Acquisition Team will invite candidates that move forward to a 30-minute virtual interview. This conversation will be focused on relevant work experience, compensation, role overview, and answering any questions the candidate has.
Work Assignment – Candidates will be invited to prepare a slide or written presentation in response to a prompt provided. This will enable you to showcase your experience in Product Marketing at B2B SaaS companies, and how you’d approach a product launch plan. The assignment is designed to take no longer than 90 minutes.
Hiring Manager Interview – Candidates at this stage are assessed during a 45-minute interview for mutual fit based on the job post and application, and can ask any clarifying questions about the role/company. We’ll also dive into the details of their experience and further discussion of Feathr’s marketing strategy and needs.
Panel Interview – 1 hour interview with two to three key members of the Go-To-Market team. This interview will dive deeper into the role, technical knowledge, and requirements of the position [and the people you will be working alongside].
Final Touchpoint with Hiring Manager – Candidates that are being considered will be invited to a final 30-minute touchpoint with the hiring manager to go over any final questions about the company and role.
Offer – The Talent Acquisition Team will reach out with the details of the offer to discuss with the candidate. At this time, we will collect and reach out to candidates’ references. This is also the opportunity for candidates to provide any additional information or context if there are concerns surrounding their background check. Feathr believes candidates that have made it to this point in the interview process are truly talented individuals, and so we are open to dialoguing background screens before turning away candidates that have consistently excelled through the interview process.
After all the details of the informal offer are finalized, the candidate will receive their formal offer.
